DESCRIPTION:It’s about time the club returned to Cornwall. The last trip was in August 2013. May half term is a great time to be there\, with a good chance of decent weather. The campsite at Pendeen is within easy reach of the West Penwith crags (Bosigran\, Sennen\, Land’s End\, Chair Ladder\, etc) and is in a field behind a good pub. The climbing is varied and excellent. The walking is amazing as well. While the campsite is not bookable\, Andrew will arrive early on Friday and get established there. \nEmail Andrew at avicm1954@gmail.com if you want to join us. \nAccommodation: The North Inn\, Pendeen\, Penzance\, Cornwall TR19 7DN Tel.: 01736 788 417 http://thenorthinnpendeen.co.uk/ No need to book\, but do let Andrew know that you’re coming so he can reserve you a pitch. It is a bank holiday weekend. \nAmenities: There is a Costcutter shop in Pendeen and more extensive shopping and facilities nearby in St Just. The camping is fairly basic (only £5 pppn) and we use the pub facilities. The pub also does B&B and meals. Monday is a bank holiday. \nMeet: At the campsite on Friday evening for up to five days of Cornish delight. Plan is to head home on Wednesday\, but stay as many days as you like.
