DESCRIPTION:Meet up Saturday morning at 09:00 at Houndtour. Spend the morning trad climbing and bouldering. \nServices:\nBovey Tracey has banks and shops and is a convenient stop off on the way over the Moors… Bovey is the self-appointed ‘Gateway of the Moors’ and will provide all the necessaries… \nAccommodation:\nSome of those in the South West may treat this as an extended day trip but for those that want to stay over… We are planning to bivvy overnight Saturday. The National Park normally publishes a map to wild camping and local restrictions\, including camping 100m from the road and not in sight of any buildings. \nFood:\nBetter bring your own and be self-sufficient but pub options are available. \nTransport:\nCars is the best plan. Public transport doesn’t really exist on the moors.
