SUMMARY:January Grit Trip
DESCRIPTION:A chance to get back out on the Gritstone on what might be a perfect\, cold\, clear Gritstone day… or a chance to do what you can in the rain. Limestone options available if you like that sort of thing and there’s always the bouldering and the walking. \nArrive Friday 28th and meet up at a hut! (I know… details below). Plans to climb all day Saturday and then again Sunday morning. There are two pubs within a 15 minute walk so chances are\, we will eat at one of those on the Saturday night. The hut has cooking options too. Venues for climbing can be agreed Friday night\, with a mind to the weather. Birchen and Gardoms within walking distance and all the usual haunts within a reasonable drive. Plenty to go at for everyone. \nAccommodation: We have made our bookings at Heathy Lea\, one of the\, Derby based\, Oread Climbing Club huts. Details HERE. To make your own booking\, follow the Hut link to ‘Hut Bookings’ and complete.
