Jim and Jake drove up early on Saturday morning to have a second breakfast and then arrive at Windgather… Temperatures sub zero but clear and a short crag to keep everyone moving worked well. Andrew joined us shortly after. A full day’s climbing and the Jim and Jake went to Ilam Hall. We awoke to about 25cm of snow and it took 2 hours before the snow ploughs cleared the roads… and it was still a bit dodgy.
