Devon Family Bouldering Trip
June 29
Information
Join Jim and the new Devon Bouldering Guide on a trip to Bonehill Rocks… arguably the crag that spawned the development of modern bouldering in Dartmoor… It has a very short walk in and a high concentration of classic problems. Other nearby venues include Bell Tor, Honeybag Tor and Hound Tor… So, lots to go at.
I am bringing some teenage family members/and friends so will only be attending for the day… Arrive at the parking about 09:30 with a plan to leave around 16:00… Possible visit to one of the other nearby crags in the afternoon.
Services
Very little locally although there are a few cafes at Widecombe in the Moor. Probably best to bring everything you need.
Accommodation
We are not staying…
Food
Pack your lunch!
Transport
Car is the best… If you need a lift, then get in touch with Jim and he’ll try to link you up with someone.
