Drive down on Friday evening and leave on the Sunday after climbing all weekend. Climb in the South West area, around the classics in Sennen, Chair Ladder and Bosigran all day Saturday.

Then on Sunday drive home diverting to Roche Rock. This crag is an outcrop of rock with ruins of a Gothic chapel built on top with an altered granite rock type with ‘gritstone-like friction.’ Grades ranging from D – E4!

Accommodation: The North Inn – in Pendeen. £10 per person per night including use of the showers which, with the toilets, are situated in the pub itself.

Food: The choice is yours, bring your own, takeaway, or eat in somewhere.

Transport: Unfortunately, car is the only way. There’s not much in terms of public transport in deepest darkest Kernow.
