Meet at Idwal Cottage YHA for the regular Club Family and Skills Weekend… Thousands of climbs to go at… Saturday traditionally finds us on Tryfan Bach for those wanting children to climb or those wishing to introduce themselves to leading or multi-pitch climbing. Club members will be available to offer advice. Plenty of climbing to go at for those who are happy with what they are doing. There is normally a group that decides to walk and will tackle a local peak. Low level walks also available.

Other family attractions are also nearby… including an underground trampoline (in an old mine) and the longest zipwire in Europe… book early.

Food: Bring all that you need to the hostel (or campsite)… Pubs available in Capil Curig 15 minutes up the road…

Services: Cash machines and shops in Bethesda and Betwys y Coed (about 25 minutes away but you will pass one of these on the road in).

Transport/travel: Meet at the hostel and you need to plan being in a car to get around.
