Started climbing career late 30’s when I ventured to Nottingham Climbing centre with James before he was seriously injured falling out of trees and stopped bouncing. Became a climbing instructor at the Kids Club. Progressed outside with Jim, Jaz and James starting off in the Peak and The Roaches, moving farther afield to Wales, Scotland and the Alps.
Preference is winter trips with plenty of snow and ice.
Had some fantastic experiences and epic trips. Can never remember the names of the climbs but can tell you the good pubs and the great ales.
